Forgot your password
On the login, choose Sign in with email, then Forgot your password? under Log in. We email you a code.
Deleting your account
Profile, then Delete account at the foot of the page. It deletes your account, your cards and your runes for good.
No cards around you
Cards come out around you as you walk, and landmark cards stand at their places. Allow Hei Norway your location while you use the app (Settings, Hei Norway, Location), and give it a minute outdoors.
